Monthly Archives: February 2014

A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of a photoshoot with Rosie, a light coloured Retriever who is only 5 months old. We had been trying to fix up a shoot with her owner but due to so much wet weather and both of our various commitments we had to bide our time. Finally the sunshine arrived luckily at the same time as we had agreed a shoot day. Rosie lives with Marie her owner in Ampthill where there is a beautiful country park. This park is very popular with dog owners and the morning we were there it was starting to look a bit like a doggie Picadilly circus however we had no problem luckily with too many distractions.

Here are a few from the shoot –

Early in February I met ‘Buster’ , a lovely pup whose mum was a cross between a French bulldog and Yorkshire terrier and his dad a Jack Russell.  He had a a lovely nature and after some coaxing and bribes he agreed to cooperate in my studio setting. The weather was awful outside and I was very pleased to have the warm surroundings.

My thanks to Kimberley who was a great help to me – and reassuring to Buster ! Here are a few shots from the shoot  –
